Mubajje together with kasenene, basajjabalaba and drake lubega are to appear before court to answer charges of selling the Islamic land at old Kampala.
The Muslims all what they want from court is giving them back their land that was sold to city tycoon basajjabalaba.
This is also the reason as to why Mubajje was banned from being the leader of the Islamic faith in Uganda and also stopped from praying in any mosque in the country. The new leader of the Islamic faith in Uganda is hajji kayongo zubairi.
