Airtel Uganda Ltd, a unit of India-based Bharti Airtel Ltd, has terminated its interconnection agreement with the troubled Libyan-owned Uganda Telecom over unpaid interconnection fees amounting to Uganda shillings 10 billion ($3.6 million), the company announced late Wednesday.
