OH…UGANDA.., SAY NO TO HANS KELSEN in FOOTBALL!

BY SSEMANDA Jr. For the voiceless fans…………..

Hans Kelsen was an Austrian jurist who advocated for the revolutionary ideas, by this he strongly believed in the establishment of a system of government through illegal means and to him the modes of change were irrelevant whether violent or peaceful.

This usually happens when the revolution is against the constitution. Hans Kelsen legitimizes such rule as long as such rule is supported by the majority, in some cases it is avoided and in other instances accepted for reasons of state necessity in which the state avoids a political vacuum or pushes to curb down a calamity.

When successful, the rebel becomes a leader, failures usually face the law of treason. In a related situation, attempted suicide is an offence and mere commission of suicide is not an offence. (See jurisprudence for further details).

Currently Uganda Super League(USL)Officials have been expelled from football activities by Fufa’s big wigs due to their failure to meet the football association demands as USL representatives. however the USL Officials have failed to respect the Football governing body's decision despite the fact that they know that the Uganda Super League(USL) is under FUFA and that its Fufa that appointed Kavuma Kabenge the USL president.

Uganda’s football has experienced Hans Kelsen’s approach several times and it’s high time the nation unites with a strong NO TO HANS KELSEN for it is of no relevance; it is wasteful to the funds of the football fans that are used for organizing general elections for delegates and the FUFA President as well. It also inspires adventurous groups of people to disorganize the system. The current situation in Uganda is hazardous and we are likely to experience a Fifa ban if this is not stopped now, we kindly request the groups and individuals behind Hans Kelsen to step aside and respect people’s votes.

Save Our Soccer (SOS), Uganda super league (USL) and journalists or media houses please wait for the elections and contest favorably after providing the public with your manifesto for the sect of our soccer. You rebel today you inspire others tomorrow to rebel against your organizations.

Dennis Obua was washed away in such a manner and Lawrence Mulindwa is likely to follow suit. Where do these people get the right of overthrowing presidents from? Allan Sewanyana, Aldrine Nsubuga, Kavuma Kabenge and others please can’t you compete favourably in elections?

Was Aldrine born such a weak man that he believes in throwing stones from the bush, surely these are people responsible for the downs of our game and believe me they are continuing to demolish it, they are accusing Mulindwa of no reason to present no ideas. Please do not hold people’s views single handedly, their interests are in the vote.

In conclusion, learn to prove yourselves without causing chaos. Mulindwa did not revolt against Obua, he went for the campaigns and emerged winner over the rebel groups and individuals who then claim to have brought him. We either take votes or always come up in riots whenever we feel like and thus all constitutions that cater for elections should be abolished and instead provide a platform for whoever loves to take over by whatever means.
