AMIR KHAN has been issued with a DEATH threat by big-fight rival Joel Casamayor.
Khan is set to defend his WBA light-welterweight title against the Cuban veteran at London's O2 Arena on July 31.
Casamayor, 38, is a former champ
ion at super-featherweight and lightweight levels. And he insisted: "I am going to knock out Amir Khan - dead.
"I am a four-time world champion in two different weight classes and I am going to prove he's a nobody."
His manager Luis DeCubas said: "July 31 is the date we're fighting Amir.
"The money hasn't been squared 100 per cent but we're working on that now."
