Iryn Namubiru won the Artist of the Year award at the Pearl of Africa Music Awards held at UMA Show ground Lugogo on Nov. 05, and picked up Female of the Year, Album of the Year and RnB Single honors for Birowoozo. 2010 Artiste of the Year Bebe cool garnered two awards, including Male Artiste of the Year and Reggae Artist of the Year.
