The American soul song writer and RnB music star who usually wears a Zoro mask Robert Sylvester Kelly aka R Kelly is expected in Uganda on 11th December 2009 for a big concert courtesy of Zain Uganda.
The world Superstar who recently had his hair cut off is to perform on 12th December, 2009 at Lugogo Cricket Oval in Kampala. It is believed Zain has spent over 300,000 US dollars to have the RnB singer perform in the country.
R Kelly 42, started his music career in 1992 with the American group Public Announcement and went solo in1993.
The singer is known for his singles that hit Kampala by storm like; storm is over, "move ya body like a snake", I believe I can fly, World’s greatest, Burn it up, Ignition among others.
Mozey Radio and weasel TV, Bebe cool, Chameleone are among the artistes who are expected to perform alongside the American superstar.
Hope we shall not have weird performances from the American artiste as it was at the MAMA MTV Awards in Kenya where Wyclef and Akon had to perform almost naked.
