Singer Bebe cool a. k. a Moses Ssali was shot on a Friday night after Performing at R Kelly’s I Believe Concert by a police officer at Kampala’s Nakumatt Oasis shopping mall. He was later taken to Nsambya hospital into the operating Theatre for a major surgery. Details of what transpired before the shooting are still masked in controversy.

Three other people were shot during the scuffle - Two being Bebe’s bouncers Mr. short who was hit in the ankle and Kayinza Alias Cobra and the other David Olaka, a police officer. The three victims of the affray are receiving treatment at Mulago hospital.

Bebe, who was shot thrice, sustained wounds on both legs forcing an immediate surgery.

Wounds were cleaned to ensure that all foreign matter is removed. It is believed that the “Kasepiki” star will be able to resume stage performance soon.
